Kuta Beach
Kuta Beach features plenty of activities for beach bums as well as for water sports enthusiasts. You can book surf lessons, rent surfboards, and have some fun time with the waves, or just rent a sun lounger and soak up some rays. There are several cafes and restaurants too that offer some amazing refreshments and delectable seafood.
Mount Batur
Trekking up the 1,700-meter summit of Mount Batur early in the morning to watch the sunrise is a favorite activity of many travelers in Bali. The hike may take two to three hours, but with well-marked trails, scenic beauty of the mountain scape and Lake Batur, and picnic spots, it’s a rather fun thing to do. After trekking, you can also visit the Toya Bungkah, a charming village located on the banks of Lake Batur.
Pura Tanah Lot
One of the most famous temples in Bali, Pura Tanah Lot, is known for its fabulous seaside location on an isle surrounded by crashing waves. Visitors come here in large numbers to soak up the magnificent setting, click lots of pictures and enjoy the breathtaking sunset behind the temple. The temple is easily accessible from Kuta, Sanur, and Legian.
